So Amber, how long have you been with TierraNet?
I’ve been with TierraNet 4 years and 2 months
What are some of your daily duties at TierraNet?
Answering phones and emails, assisting with escalated trouble tickets, processing checks and doing deposits, signing up special accounts and helping other reps with what I can.
What’s your absolute favorite thing about working for TierraNet?
The family atmosphere, TierraNet is another one of my families.
Since you’ve been here for so long, what is your favorite memory of TierraNet?
When a co-worker fell out of their chair while talking on the phone to a customer!

What hobbies do you have while you’re away from work?
I love to bake and spend time with my pets and children.
