Domain names, your slice of virtual identity, are extremely important. We know this and we refuse to let you forget when it comes time for your domain name to expire.

Beginning 75 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, we’ll send an email notification to the email address on file in your account. If your Account Preferences have a postal invoice selected, we will mail that 60 days in advance to the administrative contact address listed on file in your account.

We continue to send you notifications by email 45 and 15 days in advance! How’s that for reminders!

Plus, 2 to 3 days before your domain name is set to expire, our awesome customer service team will personally call you to remind you about your domain name. We’ll even help you renew the domain over the phone right then and there if you’d like! Best thing, there is no extra charge for this service.

And if your domain name is still not renewed, we’ll notify you 15 to 40 days after the the expiration of the domain name.

Things to remember:

  1. We contact you by email unless otherwise specified in your account preferences. Therefore, you need to make sure the email address on file in your account is valid or else you will not receive our notifications. Now, that would be a shame!
  2. On occasion, our notification are sent to your Spam filter. Please make sure you are checking your Spam for our notifications in case you do not find them in your Inbox.
  3. We call the phone number on file in your account, so please also make sure this is a valid telephone number. If you are not available, we will leave a voicemail for you with information about your domain expiration.
