We take pride in knowing that we offer the best customer service out there. Not only are we based in the United States, (San Diego, California, to be exact) but we also are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So, give our customer care center a call to help you solve your problem.

After you hang up with our customer care center, chances are you’ll find a TierraNet Survey waiting for you at your email Inbox.

Thank you for calling the TierraNet Customer Care Center. It was our pleasure to serve you and we hope that we have answered your questions and resolved the issues you presented.
At TierraNet, our goal is to offer the best customer service possible. Your feedback regarding this interaction is extremely important to us.

After completing the survey, your results are emailed directly to the Customer Care Manager Jeremy Watkin. He reviews the feedback and if a specific representative’s name is mentioned, they will be acknowledged. Watkin says “More than anything, I want our customers to be honest with us. It will help us improve our service and only stands to benefit both TierraNet and our customers.

Any comments about service improvement are taken very seriously and are brought up to the department right away. Plus, if you feel an issue needs more attention, feel free to note this in your survey response and a manager will call you directly.
