Do You Know How Long You’ll Wait?

by Brian McNeill

phone_crazyBelieve me, I’ve been there too. Calling in for support on a product or service and been held up in some sort of automated “Press x for” loop when all you want to do is talk to someone. (Screaming doesn’t help either, especially if it’s one of those voice command systems.) After listening to 5 menus and being put on hold for what seems an eternity, should you hang up and try again? What if you have to wait twice as long the next time? How long will it take to reach someone?

I’m sure businesses lose a lot of customers during the wait to reach a support representative. For some it is the final straw and for others it is the first and last impression they need. We understand. Picking up the phone to reach support means that there is a potential problem and that is the first thing we want to fix. That’s why we pride ourselves on our fast response to answering your calls and the urgency to remedy the problem. Should you need to reach us, we do our best to provide a short wait (if any) and a friendly voice at all hours of the day.

We provide real-time stats from our Customer Service Center so you’ll know instantly how many calls are waiting and what the average wait time is. If you’ve sent an email to support, you can also determine the average time to get a response to your inquiry. Pretty helpful. Yeah, it’s just what we do.

Whenever I use TierraNet, I always get a fast response, whether that’s through email or live chat support. TierraNet has the best support compared to any other domain registrar I’ve used [recently] in the past, from big to small.

How you guys do it is beyond me with such low pricing and superior service! Keep up the great work guys! You guys are the best in the industry.

Oh, and if you can PLEASE make it so that in the registrar domains are registered by/through TierraNet and not DomainDiscover, that’d be great too! My domains and I don’t rep DomainDiscover, we rep TierraNet – I know both sites/companies are the same, but Tierra.net is the true company/site, and the one I use.
