Believe me, I’ve been there too. Calling in for support on a product or service and been held up in some sort of automated “Press x for” loop when all you want to do is talk to someone. (Screaming doesn’t help either, especially if it’s one of those voice command systems.) After listening to 5 menus and being put on hold for what seems an eternity, should you hang up and try again? Whenever I use TierraNet, I always get a fast response, whether that’s through email or live chat support. TierraNet has the best support compared to any other domain registrar I’ve used [recently] in the past, from big to small.

Oh, and if you can PLEASE make it so that in the registrar domains are registered by/through TierraNet and not DomainDiscover, that’d be great too!
